Hello!

My name is Alessandra, but most people call me Allie.

I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM, and I attended college at Eastern New Mexico University where I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis ins Graphic Design. After I graduated from college, I moved to NYC where I worked as National Creative Services Coordinator for an international music production and audio engineering school.

After two years, I met my best friend, and now-husband, Austin, while he was attending law school, and after he wrapped that up, we decided to move back to his beautiful hometown in Idaho. While he studied for the Bar, I began working as Communications Graphic Designer for an international power sports apparel company called KLIM.

We just got married in October 2017, and live happily in our cozy little house on a tree-lined street. No kids or pets (yet) as we focus on our careers and delving into our collective creativity.


Favorite colors: Depends on the season. My current fixation is with jewel tones like burgundy, emerald green, and navy blue. Gold is constant.


Favorite food: CHICKEN AND WAFFLES OMFG

Favorite drink: French vanilla coffee with lots of cream and sugar, dirty chai tea lattes, gin and ginger ale.

Favorite manga: Immortal Rain, Fruits Basket, Princess Ai, Trinity Blood

Favorite books: The War of Art by Steven Pressfield is basically my creative bible. The Giver Trilogy, The Chemical Garden Trilogy, The Uglies Trilogy... (anything dystopian). Heartwarmers like Push, the Help, and anything by John Green. Creative self-improvement/entrepreneurial books like #girlboss, and Juicing the Orange.

Favorite Music: EVERYTHING. Rock, rap, opera, hip-hop, R&B, orchestral/cinematic, indie. I spend a huge amount of time plugged into my iPod. If I have to narrow down to some favorites, I'd have to say: Hozier, Beyonce, John Mayer, Sam Smith, Ellie Goulding, Maroon 5, Tove Lo, Allman Brown, Broods, The Civil Wars, Boyce Avenue, Two Steps From Hell, Bastille, Cazzette, In This Moment, Jay-Z, T.I., Paramore, Robyn, Florence and the Machine, Sia, Cas Haley, Passion Pit, Wye Oak, Zedd, Christel Alsos, Seether, Rihanna, Usher, Glitch Mob, Red, Evanescence, Los Lonely Boys, Safetysuit, Coheed and Cambria, Mewithoutyou, Bill Withers, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, James Arthur, the Neighbourhood, Girugamesh, Mary Lambert, and much, much more. I'm the gal who whips out Shazam in the middle of a department store just to figure out what a song is.

Hobbies: Drawing, painting, reading, writing, hiking, running, travelling, working.

Things I hate: Centipedes, sexism, hypocrisy, cynicism, complacency, mold, old food, cilantro.

Favorite movies and TV shows: I don't watch a lot of television, but I LOVE American Horror Story, Walking Dead, and the Office. My favorite movie is Cloud Atlas, my guilty pleasure is Spongebob, and I love all things Wes Anderson.
